Real estate Projects are new businesses to the companies in Somalia; therefore, they face challenges in managing planning and implementation skills during their working activities to handle their tasks effectively and efficiently for utilization & the resources, because of scarcity of experience related with the Planning and Implementation of real estates. Objectives of the study were to investigate obstacles of the planning and Implementation of the real estate. To assess how the planning process of the real estate business is done in Mogadishu, to study the systematic approaches in real estate implementation in Mogadishu, and to Investigate the level of proficiency of the staff. In the real estate industry in Mogadishu. The researcher used a descriptive research design to describe the Independent and dependent variable through quantifiable results. The population was 100 with sample size of 80 respondents for getting the needed Information from administration, staff and customers as well. The findings of the research from the results of the respondents was that EAMECO does the planning process for the real estates, there are delays in the implementation of real estates and the level of proficiency of the staff Is poor and not enough to the needed tasks in the real estate business. The staff of the EAMECO the female was dominated by the male who are 95% of the staff. Hence the researcher recommends in the planning process the documentation and data security have to be conducted, and the staff has to be trained and empower them the necessary skills, the females have to be given job opportunities as well, because there are too many tasks, they are more appropriate than male.
