Abstract
Female students of National Teachers College (NTC) Kaliro in Kaliro District sleep in a tent near the administration block. Gordon Bakanya, the principal of the College, said rehabilitation of the dilapidated buildings was going on. " The male students reside in lecture rooms as a temporary measure," Bakanya said.
