Abstract
The doctrine of doli incapax is a common law/ legal presumption which contends that, a child lacks criminal capacity and cannot be held criminally liable for his/ her unlawful conduct in which he/ she engaged, because such a child does not have both moral and intellectual ability to plan and execute crime.
