Abstract
According to Kitzen el al, (2009, therefore, social inequality and poverty prevents society members from developing and use of their potential with a common consensus among experts that inequality could be seen as a product of both social and personal trails. Thus Osarenren, (2002) refer such deviance to any behavior which doesn’t conform to rules, norms regulations and values of the society though Ajuzie, (2005) submitted that such inequality should be eradicated to undertake the application of knowledge to practical ends through corrections, development of policies and programs for combating crime and deviance to reform and remobilize deviants
