Abstract
The article reports the constraint of implementating the child labor policy by education stakeholders in North-East Uganda. Child labor is believed has impact on the physical, social and intellectual development of a child. Despite government effort to combat child labor by enacting child labor law and policies, the rate of child labor is till prevalent in some districts in Uganda. Parents should be sensitized about the value of education to their children. Government should find ways of fighting poverty, and all the stakeholders should join hands in order to eradicate child labor.
