Abstract
This project has examined the way students’ results are managed at the School of Computer Studies, Kampala International University. The idea came up as a result of analyzing the system basing on facts found through Observation, Interviews and Document analysis conducted in the department concerned revealed the need to improve the interaction between the various parties that interact with the system. These are the students, lecturers and the faculty personnel assigned to deal with students’ results, the Examination Officer. The researchers proposed the use of online interaction to facilitate the processes of input, processing and output. The project therefore aims at implementing the idea by constructing the system that allows the mentioned parties to access it online and do what concerns them, but every individual role of individual user has a collective implication on the system at large
