Marvin Ssali and James Onyango, bot graduates of Makerere University have turned up to make home grown Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras. Under Premise Automation Safety Systems (PASS) Company, the duo hope this innovation will supplement the Government's effort in fighting crimes.
