| Abstract: | A significant number of candidates have been registered to sit for this year's November/December 2019 examination series prepared by Uganda Business and Technical Examinations (UBTEB). Speaking at a press briefing on Saturday, Onesmus Oyesigye the UBTEB executive secretary, said the board registered 80,306 candidates this year compared to 61,253, translating into 31% increase. |
