Abstract
In this research, the researcher shall extensively look at the challenges facing Judicial system in executing Justice in Uganda; this shall be done by centering at Masaka High court as case study. It is also worth looking at what the Judicial arm of the Government is all about? What are the requirements anyway for one to become a Judicial officer, who is the current legal and official head of the judiciary and as regards Masaka, what are the challenges facing such a competent place where there are several courts with Judicial officers of great character and decorum?, who is behind these challenges? And what should be the way forward? Finally who is responsible for these cries and suffering of people and Judges? While conducting this research, the researcher shall rely on the laws to wit; the Constitution of Uganda as Amended, Advocates Act, Judicature Act and others as it shall be exhibited in the Literature Review. TOPIC Factors affecting quality service delivery of the judiciary in Uganda, case study is Masaka High Court.
