Abstract
This report basically tackles issues of discrimination and what can be done to ensure that equality is achieved in Uganda. The researcher has juxtaposed the current situation in Uganda, the past history as against the situation in other countries. The study breaks down the different forms of discrimination and the potential victims thereof. The researcher has endeavored to provide recommendations, which brings out the exact goal of the study. It is important to note that these recommendations were not the researcher's sole initiative but it was rather a concerted effort of various stakeholders who are passionate about the dignity of all Ugandans irrespective of their nature. Such people include political leaders, elders and civil societies such as foundation for Human Rights Initiative (FHRI) and Uganda Human Rights Commission among others. The goal of this report therefore is not for the sole purpose of completion of my law course but it should also inform the whole public pa1ticularly concerned authorities of the current state of inequality in Uganda.
