Abstract
This section deals with the results obtained in the field. The study sought to obtain a better understanding of the impacts of training on organization performance in KWS.
Using a population sample of 150 respondents drawn from the company the study revealed that training had a great impact on organization performance.
This dissertation examines the impacts of training in KWS. The researcher attempted to link the poor organization performance in KWS to the methods of training that are used in KWS.
The researcher also carried out literature review highlights some of the ideas of other people in relation to the topic identified by the researcher mainly the forms of training that are available , the process of training and evaluation of training.
The researcher found out the use of inappropriate training techniques in KWS has lead to increased costs, poor employee performance and motivation. Most of the employees in KWS do not like the methods of training that are used and they also think that the methods are effective. The researcher found that K.WS training has a negative impact on employee performance and organizational performance. Therefore the researcher made the following recommendations that could help to remedy the current situation in KWS; creating a new training policy, setting up a team that will be in charge of training, involvement and participation of employees in training exercises, hiring qualified staff, hiring qualified trainers and employee motivation. The above mentioned activities will help make the training of K.WS more effective.
