Abstract: This study will focus on the revenue generation and social service delivery in Dokolo District. The case of Dokolo Town Council. The study will cover a group of people who will include political and local leaders, local government staff, plus the community. The specific objectives to examine how local revenue generation affects social service delivery in Dokolo, to find out whether revenue generation had improved social service delivery in Dokolo town council, to assess the effects of graduated tax compensator, and grant on social service delivery in Dokolo District. The methods to be used include quantitative and qualitative data collection that is the use of interviews, questionnaires and group discussion.
