This study was undertaken to analyse the extent of the compliance of the public bodies with the right to fair hearing in administrative proceedings in Juba County. This researcher used interviews, books, reports and many more in gathering the information in Juba County. The researcher was able to interview residents of Juba who once appeared before the administrative bodies as well as the administrative officials. The objective of this study was to ascertain the factors responsible for the non-compliance by the public bodies in failing to uphold the right of those who appear before public bodies to be treated justly and fairly. This researcher recommended that there is need to put in place measures that will ensure compliance by the public bodies to ensure that principles of natural justice are complied with and members of the public who appear before public bodies are treated justly and fairly.en_US
