dc.description.abstractSample random sampling technique was used in getting 80 out of 100 respondents from Walukuba -Masese Division Jinja District. Purposive and stratified procedures was employed by the researcher to establish the impact of domestic violence on the growth and behavior of children of Walukuba Masese Division Jinja District, to establish the problems of domestic violence in relationship to its impacts on growth and behavior in children of Walukuba —Masese Division Jinj a District, to establish the various measures to the problems of domestic violence in Walukuba Masese Division Jinja District. The highest percentage of respondents in the study were females and the overall age participants were between the ages of 26 to 30. The majority respondents were diploma holders majorly basoga. Respondents presented that they were familiar with donl.Fstic violence and that fanning was the main source of income to the residents of Walukuba — Masese division. In conclusion, the researcher hinted on future studies will focus on measuring physiological markers in addition to stress Symptoms and coping techniques used when children are exposed to violence. Longitudinal studies would be beneficial to reveal chronic effects of\ exposure to violence.en_US
