    The purpose of the study was to establish the underlying causes of the inefficiency within the customary courts structures in relation to justice delivery and particularly investigate the capacity of chiefs, structure of courts and no codification of customary laws and their relationship with justice delivery of customary courts in Western Equatoria State.
