    Assessing the influence of rural credit facilities on gender relations at household levels: a case study of Gulu Bardege Division

    This research has taken a central focus on assessing the influence of rural credit facilities on gender relations at house hold levels the service delivery Gulu Municipality. A case study of Gulu Bardege division. This was so because a lot of silence has been built around knowledge on rural credit facilities performance and its relationship with service delivery strategy. The major study area is Gulu Bardege Division in Gulu District with approximate population of about (30446). This is dominated with lots of businesses and other associated socio-economic activities coupled with cross border trades. The major methodologies employed included: research designs of qualitative and quantitative since it involved use of figures and description of the findings. Sampling techniques of purposive and simple random, systematic were used to collect data. This study has taken a close period of about 3 (Three months) attracting a total working budget of 520,000= the period considered for this research has been the financial periods of (2004/2005- 2009/2010).
