The study was guided by three objectives namely; determining the extent of foreign aid, the level of infrastntctural development and determining examine the impact of foreign aid on infrastructural development in Tororo district Uganda. The study comprised of a population of 144 respondents from which a sample size of 105 respondents were selected, and a descriptive research design was used to collect data from 105 respondents using self-administered questionnaires as the main data collection instrument. The extent of foreign aid was generally satisfactory (overall mean=3 .99) which implied that emergency aid provided to the citizens of Tororo has always helped in saving their lives, the level of infrastural development was rated (mean= 3.02), which implied that Tororo district has relatively attained a high infrastructural development, and the two variables are positive and significantly correlated (r-value=.578 and sig=0.003), this means rejecting the null hypothesis that there was a significant relationship between foreign aid and infrastructural development in Tororo District. Arising from the findings, appropriate recoinmendations and areas of further research were made. Recommendations based on findings were that; the emergency aid provided to the citizens should always consist of the provision of funding or in-kind services like logistics or transport, should be given to the citizens in terms of grants where no repayment is required and more development aid should be provided to the citizens of Tororo district with the purpose ofroad maintenance in the villages.
