    A Critical Analysis on the Law of Carriers Liability in Carriage of Goods by Sea in International Trade and Business

    The study is an explanatory design to look into matters concermng the responsibility placed on the carrier in transportation of good by sea by examining, the laws that govern his activities, his liabilities and to what extent can be held liable for breach of his duty to the owner of the goods, in the course of transportation. the study relied on qualitative research through a book review to interpret information through a comparative analysis of the information related to their destination and in good condition, and to do that he has to ensure that he exercises due diligence in performing his duty to provide a seaworthy vessel.
