    The impact of indiscipline cases on learner’s academic performance. a case study of Kasese Municipality Uganda

    The target of this research is to study the impact of indiscipline cases on learners’ academic performance among secondary schools in Kasese Town Council, Though some scholars like Gibson suggested that there is no effects of indiscipline cases on Learners’ academic performance. This study is concerned with the impact of indiscipline cases on learner’s academic performance in secondary schools. The danger of indiscipline cases in school as well as its influence on the student cannot be over emphasized. The school environment, teachers, parents, society, peer groups have their individual and collective role. In order to understand this study, the following problems areas need to be investigated. That indiscipline affects the academic performance of the students, that indiscipline contributes to the poor performance of the student, that indiscipline can be attributed to parents’ inability to meet the child’s needs. The researcher therefore undertook the research in order to establish thorough and dependable information concerning the impact of indiscipline cases on learners’ academic performance among secondary schools in Kasese municipality.
