    Impact of private sector on the economic development of South Sudan: a case study for Central Equatorial State

    The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of private sector in the Economic development of South Sudan after the war. The objectives were 1. To identify how infrastructural facilities due to privatization impact on the economic development of South Sudan 2. To find the extent to which competition in the private sector impacts the development of South Sudan 3. To identify how corporate governance impacts on the economic development of South Sudan. The study involved selected businesses in South Sudan placing special emphasis on the financial services and Human Resource Development agencies. It equally targeted gender balance during the selection of respondents to ensure that both men and women participated equally. The Content scope dwell mostly on Short Term and long-term Investments, Measures of financial performance, Banking Crisis. Central Equatorial was selected as a case study because Juba is a city in Sudan, the regional capital of Southern Sudan and the capital of the Sudanese state of Central Equatorial
