    This dissertation is a result of an academic research entitled internal controls and cash management in a manufacturing firm; a case study of Urwibutso Enterprise (2008-2010). The objectives of the study were to identify and describe the forms of internal controls and their impact on cash management; to analyze and appraise the role of internal controls in cash management in Urwibutso Enterprise; and to identify the procedures of implementing internal controls in cash management in Urwibutso Enterprise.
