    Design and implementation of an e-learning management system for Kafumu school of comprehensive nursing in Mbarara-Uganda.

    The objective of this project is to plan, design, implement and evaluate an automated prototype for an optimized video based e-learning management system for Kafumu School of comprehensive nursing, which will ensure an efficient and effective access and management of users (students’) information. The following are the specific objectives o To improve on the online learning and distance education. o To provide a broad based understanding and knowledge on technology and web based education system to students. o To develop an automated and self driven e-learning management system. o To speed up the record tracking, processing and retrieval of users (students’) information. o Provide students with a background in an e-learning development.This project covers planning, design and development methodology of an optimized vide0 based e-learning management system. This operates by tracking the users records through access to online downloads and managing results. The program has enabled students to login and register before downloading notes and printing information acquired. It also allows students to browse only to make inquiries to determine operational effectiveness and efficiency.
