    A critique of the hire purchase act of Uganda 2009 and possible recommendations thereof

    This study critiques to the hire purchase Act 2009 of Uganda, by examining its various provisions in conjunction with the Hire Purchase Regulations of Uganda 2012; however, all this critical analysis will be based on the comparison of the Uganda hire Purchase Act 2009 with the Kenya Hire Purchase Act 507. And the purpose for 1ihis research is to put it to the attention of the Uganda legislators and the other stakeholder the ambiguities, loopholes and the unrealistic that are under the HPA 2009 thereby suggesting possible amendments and recommendations thereof.
