    Ocir cafe management, Rwanda and its employee motivation

    The globalization of business and advancement of information technologies have brought changes that are reshaping the world of work. They alter the way business is done, the way employees behave and the way managers manage their employees. Motivating employees and increasing the production have become an important and complex task for the managers. That is why the study was carried out on OCIR~CAFE management, Rwanda and its employee motivation with the objectives of identifying the profile of the respondents in OCIR-CAFE, determining the relationship between OCIR-CAFE management and motivation of employees, establishing the relationship between OCIR-CAFE management and increment of production, and identifying the strategies that could be used to motivate employees and increase production. The study was designed as a survey. The population of the study included all employees of OCIR-CAFE in Rwanda, The sample size was 165 employees. Data was collected using a questionnaire. From all findings, the researcher realized that there is little stability in the company. It is recommended that the employers, employees and all stakeholders sit and set the rules and regulations which govern and secure them, together.
