    The study seeks to make the following contributions to generate knowledge for both Marine Insurance policy makers & policyholders, exam ining the impact of the law on Marine Insurance Act, 2002. To contribute to the facilitation of the general understanding of the major cause (s) of the weakness (es) in Marine Insurance law reform in Uganda. To add to any available information on Marine Insurance law reform in Uganda. Other researchers are also expected to benefit from this study.
