    The impact of total quality management on organizational performance: a case study of Nile breweries limited Jinja district

    It's a requirement of each campus for the finalist students to carry out a research study on a specified case study so as to come up with a research report. I carried out my research study at NBL Jinja of which a final research report is required by the University. This report is written in five chapters with each chapter bringing forward a different aspect but with a common goal of highlighting the IV in relation to the DV. Chapter one introduces the background of the study and gives introduction and profile about the IV and DV Chapter two looks through earlier research documents of different researchers; with the aim of identifying a problem of concern and eventual number of duplication of early research work is done. Chapter three deals with the methodology of the study research design, geographical location and population, sampling design, data collection methods and instruments, data analyzing and processing and the limitations of the study. Chapter four presents the findings in relation to the research questions and objectives established earlier. The chapter presents the findings by considering the research purpose which was to assess the impact of TQM on performance of NBL. Chapter five presents the discussion and the findings from the previous chapters. It was on this basis of chapter four with reference to research objectives and the aid of literature review where the conclusion and recommendations were made.
