    Credit management and profitability of Ugandan commercial banks: case study of Housing Finanace Bank (HFB)

    After corporal punishment was outlawed in Kenya, indiscipline cases in schools have increased leaving teachers at the mercy of the learners. Use of guidance and counseling has been found not to be useful since it consumes a lot of time. This has left teachers with no option but engages and implore upon parents to help in disciplining their children. The study used descriptive survey design employing questionnaires as research instruments. Two sets of questionnaires will be administered to ECD teachers and parents drawn from I 5 sampled schools out of 61 schools within the study area. Data was analyzed using frequency tables and graphs indicating the views of the respondents on the topic. The findings will help parents enhance their parenting styles by gaining guidance and counseling skills through training. Finally the researcher made recommendations, and conclusions basing on the findings of the study
