    The purpose of the study was to investigate the guidance and counseling of students the selected schools of Uasin Gishu District Kenya. The objectives of the study were; to investigate the counseling needs of secondary school students, to investigate the counseling programs available in the selected schools and the hindrance of counseling and guidance in school.
