    A solution of fees payment using mobile phones: a case study of St. Kizito Secondary School

    The project is about casing the fees payment using mobile phones in a rural secondary school setting.. A computerized system of data entry, update and storage of data of fees payment is riddled with problems. As a way of solving the above problems, a mobile phone system has been introduced where there is easy in accessibility of data, reliability and security. This mobile phone system has been developed to deal with some of the problems faced by the current procedure of computerized fees payment. It will be able to address issues such as long queues by enabling quick registration, data storage and update of data more efficiently to handle student service inquiries by use of the system. It is anticipated that the mobile phone based system will save time and reduce human errors in the room allocation process. The system improves on transparency, effectiveness and efficiency of easy payment of fees allocation process
