    In this technological explosion today, large amounts of funds are being directed towards information technology (IT). Despite the enormous advances in the IT industry, there are still many organizations (especially in Africa) that have not embraced it in all its aspects. Several factors are the cause of that state, one of them being the management factor. This research was focused on the analysis and design of an asset inventory monitoring and evaluation system for the Non Governmental Organization Health Net TPO (Trans Psychological Organization). The literature was gathered from several sources, including existing articles and records, internet sites, and interviews. The results can help many organizations which have many offices in many countries to manage their assets online without any problem.
