    Staff Records Management System is meant to capture store, update and produce reports of all the Directors, staffs and leave report at Kampala international university western campus. It’s in due course because of the problems incurred due to storage of data in a paper system like; data loss, misplacement, and disclosure of confidential data to unauthorized retrieval, and others. It therefore calls for a security for the data by design for a computerized database systems and will generate report.
