    This research examines the legal framework regulating the incorporation of a single member company in Uganda. The study investigates the corporate governance principles under single member companies includes the scope and nature of corporate governance, interpretation or the doctrine or corporate governance. The corporate governance for single member companies including the separation of ownership and control under single member companies. It further discusses the rolls of corporate finance and basics.
