    Limits of Rational Planning and Systematic Management of Development Projects in Busia District: A Case Study of Businywa Child Development Centres

    This research was directed to “limits of rational planning and systematic management of development projects: A case study of Businywa Child Development Centre ‘~ The objectives of the study were to find out the limits of rational planning and systematic management of development projects, identify the effects thereof, and establish the possible solutions. The methodology used in the study was a descriptive survey design where data was collected and analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively, the data was presented by use of graphs, pie charts, tables, and narration. Data was collected by using research instruments such as; questionnaires, documentation, and observation. Study findings show that if the future of limits of rational planning and systematic management persists, this is most likely to create a lot of problems hence slowing down on the achievement of the intended goals and objectives of development project, of which might continue to lag behind the economic and social welfare of the targeted communities.
