The research concentrates on National Social Security Fund (NSSF) which is one of the parastatal facing corporate governance challenges in Uganda. The researcher therefore in this study has discussed and analyzed the current legal and institutional regimes of Corporate Governance in NSSF, the challenges, as well as the possible recommendations to NSSF.
