    Effect of management skills on performance of suppliers in micro financial institutions; a case study of finca Uganda:

    The study focused on Management skills and financial Performance in financial institutions. A Case of Finca Uganda. This study included five chapters of data where in chapter one the problem was introduced and stated It has been observed that in a bid to improve on the performance of suppliers in aspects like quality of supplies, lead time and cost effectiveness, FINCA. The objectives of the study were determined and the scope was identified as to seek to establish the The study sought to; Establish the effect of follow-up on Supplier performance in FINCA, Examine the effect of inspection on Supplier performance in FfNCA and also Establish the underlying relationship between progress reporting and Supplier performance in FINCA. And the scope were determined The study focused on the relationship between contracts management including “follow-up, inspection and progress reporting” and supplier performance including “lead time, cost and quality delivery” in FINCA Uganda. Several significance of the study were revealed also. In chapter two the researcher looked at the various different scholarly and professional views on the financial challenges facing human resource managers and their effects on performance in reference to the study objectives. These ideas of the different scholars were therefore employed into the literature review. Chapter three revealed the research methods that were employed in the due course of this study. Ways in which to collect, analysis and edit data were identified and looked at, the sample size of the study and population of the area was also examined and showed in this chapter. The limitations that tried to hinder this study were also discussed in detail and their solutions cited by the researcher. Chapter four was about presentation and analysis of the data related to the study of examining refugees and conflicts resolution in the horn of Africa regions. Chapter five mainly dealt with summary, conclusions and recommendations related to the study of examining FINCA’ s strategy as regards Contract management should be made clear and awareness created among all the stakeholders of the Bank so as to justify effectiveness while executing their procurement activities which may otherwise promote good interpersonal and mutual relationship transparency, consistency and reliability in the system of the Bank. Successful completion of this dissertation fulfills one of the requirements for the award of a bachelor’s degree of bachelor of Procurement and logistics at Cavendish University Uganda
