The study formed a basis on which future researchers might use to generate other studies. The study beneficial to the government in appreciating its role in assisting UPE schools and offers more aid or facilities where necessary. This study is to help to reduce the occurrence of the subsequent effects various families face as a lot of the challenges ‘his study can act as a source of reference for future research into related studies to this one. This study partially fulfills the requirements for award of the degree of Bachelor of Arts With education of Kampala International University to the researcher.
