    This research thesis focused on the topic, "The impact of tax defaulters on the collection of revenue in Nakapiripirit Town Council, was interested in finding out the impact of tax defaulters on revenue collection. The objective of the study was to determine whether there are other factors that influence revenue collection other than defaulting and to find out the impact of the tax defaulters on the collection of revenue in Nakapiripirit Town Council. The research question to guide the study was as follows; what is the effect of defaulters on the collection of revenue'! Are there other factors affecting revenue collection; Observation, Interviewing and Questionnaires. The researcher, therefore will apply the chi-square for testing the hypothesis using the formula below;
