    The impact of strategic supplier relationship on firm’s performance:

    This study was to examine the impact of strategic relationship on the firm's performance and relating the factors that was leading to adaptation of relationship by most firms The researcher used Mukwano Group of Companies in Lira Branch located in Plot 8-16, station road industrial area P. 0. Box 346, Lira (Uganda) Several literature were reviewed on the impact of strategic supplier relationship on the firm's performance including the· indicators of the effective performance within an organization. The researcher used the target population of 84 respondents placed from the department of logistics, marketing, production and supplier's stores to help him get the accurate information. In chapter four, various findings were got and the researcher presented, interpreted and analyzed the data on tables according to the level of the questionnaires (instruments) basing on strongly disagree and the finding indicated relationship and performance within an organization. Chapter five, contains the conclusion and recommendation from the researcher(author) regarding the finding on the objective of the study.
