In the collection of data both qualitative and quantitative method were used encouraged the researcher to present her information in statistics of a tabulation form or percentages. Several data collection techniques were used for stance questionnaire focused group discussions, in depth interviews, document analysis, observation, simple random were all used in selecting respondents who were to be treated as the sample population. Iganga district falls within the central Eastern region where rain has become seasonal due to high rate of deforestation. Hence food insecurity since drought does not favor crop cultivation and animal rearing has also contributed a lot. The four division’s ofNakigo village, Nakalama village, Buligo village and Bugabwe became over populated making crop cultivation practically impossible since all the land was divided into plots for residential/purposes. In other words, this has contributed to the continued problem faced by the world food programme (WFP) and other organizations with a bid to provide food stuffs to the people some of which include poor relationship among the employees from work places especially festivities leading to poor staff performance and poor company output as well.
