    Makerere 15% tuition policy to generate shs40b -Govt

    The 15 % fees increment at Makerere University is expected to generate shs40.6b over the next five years according to a statement from the Government. Makerere University has of late been a centre of violent clashes between the joint security forces and students protesting against 15% tuition policy.
