    The impact of effective communication on production in an organization a case study of Posta Uganda

    This research was based on investigating the impact of effective communication and the production of an Organization. It was conducted in Posta Uganda. It covered top administrators and employees as its respondents. The research was interested in this topic because managers and organizations have used different or various resources to acquire effective communication for better performance hence production but still there is low production and performance. This research was based on the assumption that there was a significant relationship between communication and production. Thus with effective communication, employees are motivated to open their potentials and perform hence the Organization will adhere its maximum production hence performance. During the process of conducting this research it was realized that effective communication had a significant relationship with the production of the Organization. It was also realized that effective communication leads to motivation, improves performance as well as reduces on conflicts or grievances since employees know what to do and what is expected of them. Some of the recommendations made by the researcher in this report included opening channels of communication. Involve workers in decision making and provision of training in terms of communication skills.
