    The purpose of study was to establish factors contributing to extreme poverty in Manafwa district. Objectives of the study were, to assess the role of NGOs towards youth empowerment in Manafwa district. To establish measures to solve unemployment problem of the youth in Manafwa District. This study was about the role of Non-Government Organizations towards the youth empowerment in Manafwa District. It considered the variables that include the role of Non-Government Organizations towards the youth empowerment and it considered the time period from June to August 2014.
