The study therefore recommends that business enterprises should / must use IT as a business during innovations internally and externally, addressing human resource demand to give training budget a priority as one of the ways to encourage creativity and innovation among the staff. Business enterprises should consider outsourcing IT services in order to minimize on the costs incurred in training staff on the new IT system brought in place.
