Abstract
The research topic "effects of e-procurement and the performance of international firms the case study of Coca-Cola Company in Kampala Uganda. The main objectives of the study included • To find out the effects of e-procurement on International firms • To find out the benefits of e-procurement • To examine the relationship between e-procurement and international firms • To find out the applications of e-procurement. The literature review presents work of other scholars on areas of e-procurement. The literature review is organized in such a way that it correlates with objectives of the study and gives an insight into what the researcher has done n as far as answering the research questions. The study area deception and methodology offers a concise discussion of the methodological aspects used in the study looking to how various tools were used to collect data from Coca-coca company as well as way in which all the information collected was processed, analyzed and presented discussed and so on. The presentation and discussion of the findings is around the themes relating to the objectives, variables, and research questions of the study. Here the effects of e-procurement on the organizational performance are analyzed. Finally the conclusions focus on the references from the research and answers to the research questions are briefly discussed in this area.
