Abstract
The research will be on the impact of the law in relation to the protection of children's right to education.• It will cover part of Kampala District a place which is known as Luzira prison in which the research is yet to be conducted. The abstract will also provide specific objectives and envisaged contribution to knowledge. In addition to that, it will provide the methods to be used and it will also cover the main findings of the study and the implications of the findings. In conclusion, it will show the problem being investigated and what the researcher will come out with as the results of the study then it will finally be concluded in a very systematic way.
