bigger picture both in number and data.
Since the main purpose of the study was to determine the factors that hindered girls'
accessibility of education which was blamed more on socio-economic factors. Girls were
found to perfonn as well as boys so perf01mance does not contribute to girls dropping out
school., It was established that nutrition was very important to the growth and
development of a child and that poor nutrition led to diseases hence poor school
attendance leading.
It was recommended that both the parents and the community should be sensitized on the
importance of proper and stable family background and how they influence child
development
Parents should make sure that they provide food for their children as they go to school so
