Abstract: This was about drug abuse and performance of pupils in Arua District. The objectives of the study covers drunkardness, indiscipline and smoking. The methods used for data collection were interview, questionnaire and observation. Documentation review stood as additional instrument for gathering existence written evidence. The findings of the study is that all the objectives used affects performance of pupils in Arua Municipality. The recommendation was that government should come up to curb down indiscipline of the youth through provision of policy guide line and measures that directs the affairs of the children in the country.
