Abstract
This was about perceived causes of Headteachers' failure to supervise the teaching and learning
process regularly in selected primary schools in Busabi Sub-county, Butaleja District. The
objectives of the study covers to examine the attitudes of Headteahers towards supervision of
teaching process actively. to investigate the Perceived causes of Headteachers' failure to
supervise the teaching learning process effectively, to establish the level of qualification of
lead teachers in selected primary schools in Busabi Sub-county, Butaleja District.
