Abstract: The study aimed at evaluating the Management Challenges and Implementation of Inclusive Education for the Gifted and the Talented. The study was guided by the following objectives: To assess the level of management challenges in the implementation of inclusive education for the gifted and talented learners in private primary schools in Kampala, Uganda. To ascertain the level of implementation of inclusive education for the gifted and talented learners in private primary schools in Kampala, Uganda. To establish the relationship between management challenges and the implementation of the inclusive education for the gifted and talented learners in private primary schools utilized a descriptive Research design. A total population N=191 was used from 15 Nursery and Primary schools from Kampala City, Uganda where a sample n=127 was used using Simple Random and stratified sampling. The results revealed that providing the right amount of attention and adaptation can be challenging especially if there is higher teacher-student ratio. The study recommended that the Gifted and Talented pupils be provided with adequate Teaching and Learning Materials, the Teacher and pupil ratio should be 1:1 (teacher: pupil). It was recommended that curriculum delivery requires trained Human Resource to carry out the curriculum needed to cater to the needs of Gifted and Talented Learners. It was also recommended that adequate funds be provided to the schools to carryout various activities related to the implementation of Inclusive Education. It was recommended that the Ministry of Education can design a training programme to create awareness on the plight of the gifted and talented learners. It was also recommended that schools with the gifted and talented learners should be categorized to help assess the needs in terms of provision of requisite teaching/learning materials i.e. text books, ICT, hands-on activities, adequate teaching aids. The study also recommends parental involvement in terms of instilling discipline through co-operation of PTA’s (Parents Teachers Associations) and it was concluded that the Management and Implementation of Inclusive Education be effected.
