Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of support supervision on teacher performance in primary schools Apach Districts, the objectives were to find out the relationship between support supervision and teacher delivery in primary schools in Apach district. To establish the relationship between support supervision and teacher pupils assessment in primary schools Apach district Uganda to establish the relationship between support supervision and teacher preparations in primary schools in Apach district, Uganda the target population was 476. The teaching team comprised of 149 members, the primary 6pupils adds up to 220, Head teacher 46, deputies 61, Findings indicate that the level of education of respondents in the study varies right from those that never attended school to those with masters and above also support supervision in Apach primary schools was generally moderate .The recommendations were Resources should be well allocated, used and also checked during supervision process that helps teachers to use them as it is allocated hence improve on their classroom performance |
